Brand new spot on east coast of FLA with good size company (not a contract/ job shop)

looking for a MFG engineer who has run, setup , and programmed CNC mills (Hurco 3 and 5 axis) and lathes (Mazak Nexus and Integrex). We have a manager of our machining operation who does a lot of the programming but we want to take the programming practically offline and done totally upfront. The person we are looking for can have the foresight of making sure jobs are launched to manufacturing correctly with all the drawings, programs, and work instructions to maximize shop efficiency. This person would interface with manufacturing daily and have the mindset that he or she is there to serve the machine shop.
