CNC MANUFACTURING MANAGER
Manage all manufacturing operations to include personnel, material, and equipment
Ensure that all manufactured components are produced efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance
Assist in the establishment of production schedules and manage all available resources to meet or exceed them
Monitor and report daily outputs by product type
Write, coordinate, and manage processes and make improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiencies; conduct training as needed to sustain those improvements
Establish and ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout manufacturing; train operators and supervisors to correctly employ quality assurance tools and processes
Work constantly with Quality Assurance on continuous improvements and provide preventative and correction actions when problems occur
In conjunction with Engineering and Quality Assurance, establish and coordinate statistical process controls (SPC) analysis
Responsible for all MRO, tooling, and manufacturing supply management
Track competencies and performance of subordinates and provide leadership, development, and training as required through routine evaluations
Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment; Coordinate periodic safety meetings to improve safety awareness
Attend staff meetings as required and provide input regarding required department measurements
