Parts/Customer Service Tooling Specialist

2. Duties. The Employee's duties within the United States and Canada (the "Duties") shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Fielding inbound phone calls and completing customer orders
• Using outstanding selling skills to close and overcome any objections /
• Addressing and resolving customers issues
• Contributing to   Team by meeting or exceeding individual and company sales goals
• Yearly inventory process
